Product Manager – End User Devices

Compensation – Starting $60,000 DOE

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Product training for the sales team.
  • New product updates to Purchasing Dept and Sales Force Administrator Price approval within Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) maintenance.
  • Revenue and booking forecasting for the product categories overseen.
  • Collaborate with the P1S Sales team to coordinate and make product recommendations.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to manage the pipeline and make decisions for stocking orders.
  • Conduct detailed discovery calls with customers and the sales reps to understand their current environment, needs, gaps, and be able to make recommendations.
  • Manage all deal registrations and work with the OEM to build and price projects.
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure P1S is approved as an Authorized Service Provider and assist as needed in expediting cases when needed.
  • Identify and complete ongoing manufacturer training & certifications necessary to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
  • Coordinate product positioning with the P1S marketing team to develop marketing campaigns. Work with the OEM to maximize MDF coming back to P1S to support marketing efforts.
  • Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and productivity rewards.
  • Submit monthly sales reporting to all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as needed as well as SPIFF reporting monthly to sales reps and sales management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education related technology experience preferred.
  • High energy, self-motivated, proactive team player; demonstrated ability to provide innovative ideas to drive customer retention.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce or like CRM system.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiar with contracts and terms of service.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 Years of knowledge and experience with Manufacturers in the K-12 Space
  • At least three years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in a customer-facing role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Travel:

  • As needed with manufacturers for QBR and/or other key meetings, either onsite at P1S or at their location.
